Terms and conditions governing the study-abroad consultancy services of Akashbari Global Services.

1. Service Description

Akashbari Global Services ("AGS", "we", "our", or "us") provides study-abroad consultancy services including profile evaluation, free counselling, university application assistance, SOP review, visa guidance, and pre-departure orientation. Our initial counselling services are provided 100% free of charge to students.

2. Student Responsibilities

By using our consultancy services, you agree to:

Provide accurate, truthful, and authentic academic transcripts, certificates, and personal documents.
Disclose any prior visa refusals or immigration rejections transparently.
Submit requested application materials prior to university and embassy deadlines.

3. No Guarantee of Admission or Visa

While AGS provides expert guidance and maintains high success rates, we cannot guarantee university admission or visa issuance. Final admission and visa decisions rest solely with the respective educational institutions and government immigration authorities.

4. Fees & Payment Transparency

Counselling and application guidance are free for partner institutions. Tuition fees, university application deposits, and embassy visa processing charges are paid directly to official institutional or government channels. AGS never charges hidden consultancy fees.

5. Limitation of Liability

AGS shall not be held liable for any university policy modifications, visa refusals, processing delays by embassies, or indirect losses arising from decisions made by third-party institutions, provided we have acted in good faith.
